So fear not, you should be alright in about that same time frame, or if you feel up too, then do what you are comfortable. The idiot about the castration bit, is screwed up and has no idea what the differences are in being a eunuch and a simple vasectomy. LOL... all I can say is that if you can, then wait and have it done in the off season. IT's not like it's cancer and you have to have an operation to save your life. Wait until the winter and have it done then, and just keep using whatever birth control you're using now. |

I would love to know what you consider manly. I'll start. A real man: Changes diapers. I will do it when I hve too, but yuck. Plays jump rope with his daughter to see her smile. She never liked that. Tells his mother he loves her. Dead and gone. Never runs out of hugs. Granddaughter never runs out either. Knows his child's favorite bedtime story. Lights out and near instant snoring, but I didn't say that. Not to proud to admit he is lost. Lots of times. Not afraid to show emotion. Waah, Grrrr. Will have a vasectomy without thinking he lost his manhood, because he knows manhood is not connected to his sperm count. No way in Hell. YOUR TURN...... Maggie This is all crap. A real man will DO HIS VASECTOMY ON HIMSELF! With no anesthesia- and using PINKING SHEARS! |

Why would any MAN allow himself to be altered like an animal when his
partner can simply take a pill daily and prevent unwanted pregnancy? Plus he benefits from less PMS, fuller breasts, and a period that is more regular. Nothing is wrong with being a loving parent and a good person. It's wrong to get fixed for a selfish woman. |

Are you totally dense.....Neutering or 'castrating' the male animal involves the removal of the testicles. The vet usually makes a small incision on each scrotum and surgically removes the testicles from within. Now go back and read what a vasectomy is...if you can possibly comprehend it. It was explained to you. Did you read it? Does a vasectomy effect a male sex life? NO!!!!! NOT AT ALL!!! A vasectomy does not reduce a man's sexual drive or his ability to have or enjoy sex. The procedure eliminates only the man's ability to father a child... he can still experience an erection and ejaculation as before. It is a minor procedure. There is absolutely no change in a man after a vasectomy. As for "selfish women".....When you write about how *YOU* will benefit by a woman taking the pill, shows without a doubt, who is the selfish person. It's hard to believe anyone can be this ignorant. Very hard to believe. Maggie. Why even bother with this dumb****? This, in a discussion group where we regularly praise the athletic prowess and love life ofa guy who has ONE NUT! Judging by this author's brilliant insight, I think it's not his masculinity he has to worry about, but passing grade six. |
