Default Mountain Biker Thinks the BIBLE Supports Mountain Biking!

Apart from the fact that the subject heading here is a total crock if you read
the BS it was based upon....

MV says:

Not true, according to a federal court:
http://home.pacbell.net/mjvande/mtb10.htm

No, that is not a blanket judgement by a federal court saying that no-one has a
right to mountain-bike, it is a little local matter saying that some parts of a
particular park in CA are not necessarily going to be available to
mountain-bikes. i.e. there is no "right" to bicycle over every sq-inch of the
park.

It further states some interesting stuff, viz.
"Second, park officials noted that on narrow trails bicyclists passing other
users would either leave the trail or force the other users off the trail to
the detriment of off-trail vegetation and wildlife"

So how, FFS, does a hiker pass a horse without going off-trail to the
detriment, etc.? Or a horse pass a horse? It just gooes to show that Marin is
full of kooks, nothing more.

MV blathers:

Federal courts set precedents. This one declares the principle (applied in
this
park, but obviously a precedent for parks everywhere) that there is no right
to
mountain bike.

There is also no "right to hike" or "right to ride a horse". But then you
don't want people to find that out either, do you?

If you would TELL THE TRUTH, you might get farther....

So would you, if _you_ did. But then we don't expect that to happen anytime
soon.

Another lie. You have yet to quote a single lie.

Just because I haven't quoted one, doesn't mean there are none. I haven't
quoted Shakespeare, either, but it doesn't mena he didn't write his plays.....

Yes, it does. You are obviously motivated to find one. If you think I
lie, then
you must know what I lied about, and can quote me. But since I don't
lie, you
CAN'T!

This is so funny and hypocritical, you claim all mountian bikers are
liars why cause everyone is human and does lie even little white lies
but then you claim you aren't a liar so what does that make you better
then human? Are you a perfect person who has never said a lie anywhere
in their life? Now now don't lie since that would disprove your point.
Regardless you keep trumping up your own papers as fact has it been
validated by any other studies? I have asked before but you have yet to
point to another study just to disclaim them. Also where are the studies
on other enviroments? Yours seems based around certain California areas
this doesn't apply to other varied enviroments and while mountian
biking may have an effect on other terrian and enviroments so does
hiking and horse back riding and I am sure there are plenty of studies
based around a multiple enviromental impact by those hobbies.

You have stated in the past that all mountain bikers lie. That is wrong, hence
it is a lie in itself.

Happy now, bubba?
