Does anyone have a CompuTrainer course for the Assault on Mt. Mitchell
ride in North Carolina? Thanks!

Every 5 miles throw in a 10 percent wall of 1/2 mile and you should be close. There is one downhill of 3/4 mile about half way. Good luck. It hurts!
