Default Can't figure out where spring goes in brake mechanism

It's working well.

I had to take in my Raleigh 3-speed back to the shop.

Shifter cable kept slipping despite extra clamps.
Wasn't worth any more aggravation. :-)

I am thankful they still make parts for a 37 year old bike, even if
the lengths have to be customized.
