How do they get 28 speeds? A new 7x4? Or 10x3 (a first for MTB) with
two you can't use? Wait, perhaps a 14-speed Rohloff with double
chainset - now that would be worth it for $69!

Not sure which one you mean: URL dumped me at 'www.graysonline.com.au'
(http://www.graysonline.com.au) home page.

But had a look around and found bikes in auction 16993:
http://www.graysonline.com.au/sale.asp?SALE_ID=16993

There's a 28 speed Mountain bike Would that be 4 rings on the
front and a 7 speed?

28 speed? Is that Shimano Dura-Ace's new 14 speed cluster?

Or 4 rings up front? You'd have to set the shifting up to tight
tolerances.
