See what happens when unthinking, ride-on lawnmower blokes bring their
contraptions onto the pavement - you couldn't make it up!

Why, was the cyclist riding on the pavement?

Stealth lawn mowers?

Motorists pay £46 billion a year in extra taxes, specifically so they
can use the roads.
Less than £10 billion of this is spent on roads.
Q: Do cyclists pay any specific, extra taxes in order to use their
vehicles on the road?
A: No. They are sponging freeloaders.

Surely the headline should have been "Cyclist mown down."

Ok thanks for that.
Was the lawnmower on the road? or the bicyclist not on the road?
