hi there

does anyone have a set up like this or similar for cheap?
shifters not necessary needed, the bar and stem needs to be light alloy
or alum, used okay as long as the condition is still good

I don't know what you consider "cheap", but Rivendell has bars and
stems like the ones you're looking for he
