Really John, that is your idea of high tech? Perhaps you should share your idea of "high tech" or are you afraid of more BTDT replies? |

Tell me, as a university professor was it your job to correct typos? While you certainly were in high tech, it was at absolutely NOWHERE the level I was at. I still have a couple of intercomputer communications boards on the space station. Should I come to you to explain how to not make typos? So your "high" tech is measured in height above sea level. Comms has been what computers have done since the first two chips shook hands. Perhaps you might tell us what makes these boards so marvellous. I've been resourcing and supplying intercomputer communications boards for decades and "special" needs boards sell at a nice premium. |

I really do think that morons shouldn't really be posting here. There is NOTHING special about communications boards except they were perfectly reliable of course since they were installed in the initial 3 unit space station. What have you designed and what exactly gives you the idea that two chips wired together are the same thing as an international standard communications board? There really is something wrong with you people who will do absolutely anything to pretend that you can tell your ass from a hole in the ground. |

I really do think that morons shouldn't really be posting here. There is NOTHING special about communications boards Thats my point. except they were perfectly reliable of course since they were installed in the initial 3 unit space station. Yer, some of mine are now pounding the oceans in navy ships. What have you designed and what exactly gives you the idea that two chips wired together are the same thing as an international standard communications board? I never said I designed any. The word was "sourced" them for customers and AFAIK they were all "standard communication boards". There is one "mega-factory(tv doco description)" that saved $US millions(their words) from my sourcing. There really is something wrong with you people who will do absolutely anything to pretend that you can tell your ass from a hole in the ground. I'm just taking great delight inpointing out your claims are largely hollow and nothing special and any bicycle touring knows what "your ass' does with a hole in the ground. |
