This is obviously one of those cyclist hating car drivers. It's probably
down to sexual frustration which is a well known problem with these type
of people. Of course this type of problem is not reported by these
drivers because of the embarrassment it would cause them. Hence the lack
of documentation.

What do you mean 'one of them'? Everybody hates cyclists.
