For Some Values of "that type of body shell". The Varna is a completely
impractical vehicle for anything except what it's used for (speed
records), but if you just mean "an enclosed shell" then as gotbent says,
look for velomobiles.
http://en.velomobiel.nl/ might give you some ideas.

The Glyde is very ugly. A banana. I don't like the two wheels in
front. But I guess it is the best configuration for an enclosed trike.
Where's the clear canopy for rainy weather? I'm never seen it before
and I'm not totally negative on the concept, but I would think it
would be a good candidate for electric assist. Make it in silver or
black with a couple of small orange safety flags and it would have
more appeal. (pardon the pun). On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it
a 7. Put a canopy and change the colour and I would give it an 8.5.
But then what do I know? It is time for many more of these vehicles,
isn't it?
