Here are the first two (at the top when I read the page): ------------------------------------------------------------- Sapienta 6 hrs ago "Hooray. In fact, the bulk of the penalty resulted from court costs after he had pleaded not guilty and then not bothered to turn up for the trial. But, of course, it is just that sort of arrogance and contempt for rules that makes a certain type of cyclist such a menace. Responsible cyclists should welcome this conviction and sentence, just as sensible motorists welcome dangerous drivers being disqualified." ------------------------------------------------------------- michelle2323 5 hrs ago "Here here well said!" ------------------------------------------------------------ |

You seem to forget that when a motorist commits any of these offences it was because they 'HAD, NO, CHOICE', it was circumstances that FORCED them to commit the offence. The usual circumstance is, 'it was inconvenient'. |
