Indeed, which is why he has also been given a 5 and a half years driving ban as well as being jailed. Had he been cycling on the cycle track instead, there would be no option of a licence ban - he was in charge of a motor vehicle and he also has previous.

Six points on his driving licence?
The scum will be driving again in 18 months.

Nugent just mentioned six points. Why didn't you reply to his message so we
can see the thread properly?

Because he has been in my killfile for 10 years and I can't read his tedious tripe, fortunately.

In other words, he was [only] a cyclist.

Fully qualified for that, but lacking the skill, knowledge, training
and qualification to ride a motor-bike.

You do like to twist; he was in charge of a dangerous motorised vehicle;
even if illegally.

That's right - *illegally*, not qualified as a driver, only as a cyclist.

Q: What do we call someone who hasn't got, and is not entitled to, a
driving licence?

A: A fully-qualified cyclist. It's all he's qualified for (other than
walking or riding public transport). He has no qualifications at all,
and that's as many as anyone needs to ride a bike.

LOL.

That's why you replied to my posts twice last night, isn't it? ;-)

Why can't you see what he has written for yourself?
Is he in your killfile as well?

The quoted six points handed down to the driver, Cawkwell, was in June 2018 after he was caught driving a car with no licence or insurance and preceeds the illegal motorcyling incident by 2 years.

Clear now?

I can't have replied to his message as his text appears blank to me and I can't even read it.

The six points on Cawkwell's licence mention first appears in this post of mine.

I was the first to mention the 2018 six points on Cawkell's licence.
