It sounds like an interesting approach. It certainly beats tossing
totally unprepared prisoners out the door with no money and nowhere to
go. Let's just hope that there are fewer drug users among the inmates
than in the real TdeF.

I was just getting ready to re-post this, as I never saw it on my server.
(Maybe Fogel's right about Motzarella.)

Someone replied privately to me that they might hurry over to France, commit
a petty crime, and then get sentenced to riding the tour while avoiding
hotel fees. Not the worst idea ever heard...
