Shortly after 5 p.m., county firefighters responded to a report of a

This may be the effects of a 'Weekend warrior' who thinks he is in shape
with an office job and then pushes himself past his hearts' limit and
pays the price.
I am working my way back into summer shape a little at a time, increase
cardio, lose weight, increase cardio more, bike faster as shape gets better.
Go out and go all out, get dead.

Yep. It's just survival of the fittest, with the stupid getting weeded
out.

They just discovered a woman in Uzbekistan who is 128 years old, and
not a mountain biker. That proves my point. (Watch the junk-yard
dogs start barking about that one. )

actually, you are quite stupid galloping gourmet chef. Read and study
moron. You claim brilliance so show nothing. You're an ass. In
countries like Uzbek. Cycling to and from city centers for groceries
and daily errands in common on city bikes which are made for the euro
roadways and third world country rough roads. not exactly roads. And
without knowing her previous activities which you don't because you're
a hypocrite who has mountain biked himself and by your own statement.
once a mountain biker always a mountain biker. And I also highly doubt
128 because those countries keep records about as good as you do
research. They don't. Fly off Mr Environmental aviator destroyer.
Drive your car that is in your driveway liar. Pick a real fight that
will make a difference you coward.
