Saiz Coming Back?

Because they caught Saiz visiting Fuentes and because he had a large sum of
money in his possession he was kicked out of pro cycling for several years.

Now he wants to return to cycling. After all, he was one of the very best
team managers in the world and he was caught doing exactly nothing.

If he was caught dirty handed that's one thing, but the UCI hasn't been very
upright with their handling of any of these matters.

And YES, they're in a hard position but cheating on it doesn't do anyone any
good.
