Prestavalve threads?
Hi all Does anyone know what the thread size is on a presta valve - that is the smaller dia thread nearest the nipple - I'm looking to machine a better adapter to use a compressor but the thread is not an engineering thread I can find - I'm guessing its specific to the cycling world so I'd appreciate some help. Mark C A threaded adapter will still leak through the threads. I think you'd be better off getting a dedicated Presta air chuck, like this one from Bike Tools Etc.: http://tinyurl.com/45xts Jeff |
