The term "management" in this part of the country means "hunting". Don't
confuse it with "refuge".

It's a hunting/mining area. Basically the mining companies opened up a bunch of
their roads and land for recreational use to avoid paying as much tax on it.

And if it weren't legal, I wouldn't ride it. If you've hung around here much
you'd have known that about me.
