today. According to Simeoni, yes: those were his exact words.

Apparently Simeoni is changing his story more often than MJ's accusers:

en geld. Ik zal je ruïneren.' Which means: "It was stupid to speak against
Ferrari and you made a mistake to take legal action against me. I have lots
of time and money, and I'll ruin you". I haven't find the "I'm powerful"
part in the interview. A pity, since I rather liked it.

Equating lawyers with power is fine. I have a plan on the books for a
15MW power station involving lawyers and treadmills.
