Default Is this a record?

Driving back from town today, cyclist tosser in right hand turn lane. Light
on red.

Obviously rules didn't apply to him.

Cycled through red light, over pedestrian bit between barriers, cycled 20
yards on wrong side of road, them rode along pavement.

4 offences in around 20 seconds. This must be a record - unless you know
better?

Well, it only takes one driver using a hand-held mobile while speeding
to commit 3 offences all at once (speeding/mobile phone/DWDCA). He's
probably got his fog lights on as well, so let's make that 4.

In other words, "yes, so ...?" (apart from trolling, that is)

Two wrongs don't make a right. I didn't see your hypothetical driver
committing those offences, please stick to the topic.

I saw a truck, overladen, speeding, load clearly insecure, driver on mobile,
go through a red light. That's five clear offences, and of course being a
tipper who was probably on piecework, who could tell if his tacho was in
order or what the inevitable vehicle defects were. But just on the first
five he's no more hypothetical than your cyclist.

AAMOI, is anyone arguing that your trucker - assuming him not to be an
invention - ought not to be prosecuted?

5, when you include the red light he'll drive through because he
hasn't a clue what's going on in front of his nose.
Then there's all the C&U failures on the car.
It's not actually uncommon for motor vehicles to be found with faults
running into double figures.
