It sure is.
The first time his brother was mysteriously in the state that gave him
the election, which he did NOT win by popular vote, but by the now
antiquated Electoral college.
The second time he won by too much, indicating to me a 'fixed' election.
Seeing how bad he screwed up the first 4 years makes me really
suspicious how he could have taken a virtual landslide from Kerry.
Kerry may be butt ugly but he actually served while the coward ducked
and may or may not have even shown up for guard duty.
His second term has proven him to be a manipulated moron, and his direct
underlings (Cheney, Hastert, Rumsfeld, Ashcroft) don't make things look
too rosey from many people's point of view.
