Ultegra chainrings, by the look of it, some ksyrium wheels, but what's
the frame?

I'm not sure, haven't had a close look at the Avanti frames she's
advertising (the SUB stuff).

Maybe one of them though, there's a logo on the head tube, but the
photos are at the wring angle to be able to work it out.

Since Avanti & Specialised are essentially the same company these days,
who knows?

It's a sub (Sarah Ulmer Brand) logo on the headtube, but presumably it's
something Avanti have made for her. The rear brake cable routing looks
odd in:

To me it looks like there is a badge on the steerer Tooobe, but stuffed
if I can make it out Do the Ulmer's have them? Close, but
still not clear;
