Default unacceptable behavior on RBT

My behavior on this group was unacceptable, it
was my old winter madness getting the better of
me once again. I'm not getting into any more
discussions (because I don't know if I'm
100% sane even now, actually I'm 100% sure I'm
not) but I just wanted to say that was
a madness reaction, totally unacceptable. I say
it again, that was unacceptable. OK, nothing
else to say from me, the past is the past even
when you don't like it/like it to be. I'm sure
some people will [whatever] but the sane
portion of me still had to verbalize this,
no option.

Thank you for owning your behaviour Emanuel. There are a great many people
on this group (myself included, sometimes) who don't take the opportunity
to say "That thing I said earlier - it's not who I would like to be."

Don't worry about it, Emmanuel. RBT has within living memory been something like 13,389% nastier than you can make it.

I'll give you a tip though. Don't apologise. RBT is too small for it to matter, but elsewhere on social media (Twitter, Facebook, probably other social fora of which I have no experience) to apologise is to feed the Mob's appetite for you pain. If you apologise, they will never cease to demand more.

Manny - Your actions were unacceptable? Hell, join the club. We all have pressures from life that cause us to blow off steam and here is as good a place as any.

We expect you to post as regularly as you always have. And if you get angry or mentally disturbed you are just one of the merry band of men.
