Are you capable of reading? The very title of the piece "Yes, Bikes Belong On Ski Hills " - so a separate sport introduces large scale machinery onto the mountain in the form of ski lifts, then bring in snow cannons, plough's, snowboard parks and huge swathes of people every winter - and you point the finger of blame at mountain bikers? Seriously? Angel Fire (the resort in the mentioned article) opened in 1966 - predating mountain biking. The damage done to Angel Fire was done way before mountain biking arrived on the scene.
