Default Drop-bolt

I recently constructed a drop-bolt of 5 stacked flat washers with 6mm
holes drilled in the opposing sides of the washers to accommodate the
dual-pivot brake bolt, and a second hardware bolt to lower the brake for
the placing of a 650c wheel on the front of my Felt F85, which came
stock with 700c's.. This was far cheaper than a drop-bolt I saw
advertised for over $300 the internet. sQ
