Its obstructing the pavement. The local council should remove it, trace
whoever left it there & prosecute them for fly tipping.

As I reported last week a whole raft of junctions are being redesigned
to make them safer for cyclists.

As I reported last week a whole raft of junctions are being redesigned
to make them safer for cyclists.


I will post a link to the story after I knock off work at 1700 or so.

The author of the article should have done more research before going to
