Thank you for your email dated 5 January 2012

I was most concerned to learn of these incidents which we view as
extremely serious.

Regretably however it is not easy to identify the drivers from the
limited information you have provided and I am wondering if you have
CCTV which would help show fleet numbers (the three digit number on
front, sides and rear of the buses) or registration numbers. I would
doubt if any CCTV would show the destination blinds or service numbers
but it may have captured our side blinds or in some cases our rear
numbers.

If we can identify any of our drivers please rest assured strong
action will be considered.

I await to hear from you however in the meantime please accept our
sincere apologies that you have had to contact us under these
circumstances.
