They do go thru Taipei for manufacturing some of the component parts ..

Notably Sun-Race_Sturmey-Archer for both internal gear hub types

and the Brakes which seem to be a custom batch made probably by Tektro ,
for their bottom up , down pull dual pivot side Pulls .

Which work quite well . BTW use Shimano compatible pad inserts.

The bikes final assembly is still in London ..
they're, the biggest remaining British push-Bike Manufacturer .
