Default Theft of a dustcap.

The police are actually taking theft from bicycles seriously, or so it
seems. :-)
Although heaven knows what sort of cap it was if it was really worth
4-50.

Perhaps they meant dutch cap?

They probably cost a few guilders. Pretty useless on a bike, I'd think.
