aus.bicycle FAQ (Monthly Posting)

It seems I'm unable to post the aus.bicycle FAQ... the post
is accepted, but never appears in the group. While I'm sorting
out why this is happening, I can only post a link to the
latest versions:

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. At a guess, I think it's
being rejected on size limitations - but it's not that big...

Thanks for keeping this up, kingsley. Just to prove that people do read
it, there's a typo in the title of Section 3.2.
