Which TUBES and TYRES for am APOLLO Mountain bike
this has 26 x 1.95 tyres at present.

i would like to buy some thinner tyres and tubes,

just wondering what options i have.

You have literally thousands of options.

The width of the tire you can used is only limited by the rim width.

If you're only going to ride on road I'd recommend something around 1.5"
wide with smooth tread and relatively high pressure.
