Need 1mm BB spacer to put under driveside cup to correct chainline.

Well, Rivendell, Sheldon Brown and many other online sources sell them.
Then again, this is such a small ticket item, why not pay the "big
bucks" at your LBS?

3 of my local LBS say BB spacers are not made - Other than the 68mm to
73mm (2.5mm) spacer that comes standard with RaceFace BB. Take the bike
out of the box kind of stores. I believe they are the same size as
cassette spacers, but they don't have any of those either. Big
showroom, almost no service. Maybe you have service oriented shops in
your area, some of us are not so lucky.
