Default Caring for Carbon Fibre Frames

Probably been asked before but anyway, what's do people use for keeping
carbon fibre frames spic and span?

The LBS suggested just using something like Mr Sheen ?

Thoughts.

i use mr sheen and it comes up looking schmick

just wipe it with a clean rag soaked in water.
