Default Time to diet?

You know you need to diet when, dressed in cycling gear you enter a pub for
lunch,
and hear the locals whisper, "The only gay in THIS village.
Roll on winter.

You've got to affect overly macho actions in summer like going past a load
of young lads and blowing out both nostrils or taking a big gulp of water at
the lights, drinking nearly all of it then seeing how far you can spit the
rest ;-)
