Are you an equipment Nazi / Velo Elitist?
I am attempting to take care of a few administrative issues while I await the docs okey-dokie (I got a belly full of cat gut and Kevlar T mesh holding things in place right now.) to redebut my robust ability and charming personality to the cycling world. Please take a minute to complete the following survey. Is your current club, "Not accepting new members." Does your current club require an extensive interview process of new members to include credit check and proof of income? Have you ever refused to draft someone due to that rider being of an undesirable "sort." Have you ever divorced over a disagreement regarding equipment brand or frame material. Which is more important; making turns and pounding miles or "proper" equipment ownership. Do you now or have you ever been a resident of the state of Connecticut / city of Seattle? Have you ever worn sport sandals with socks? Do you own a Volvo and have a cropped beard? Thank you for you time. You Pal - Harvey Muschmann (pronounced, "Har VEE") |

A doomed thread. He should've said "cycling supremicist." Nah, just "equipment snob". I know a few e-snobs in a number of categories. Porsche snobs, Geman-car snobs, a Campy snob, a really pointless MacSnob or three, and a whole bunch of diet-du-jour snobs. That latter group is fun to invite to a BYOE party... -- Typoes are a feature, not a bug. Some gardening required to reply via email. Words processed in a facility that contains nuts. |

He should've said "cycling supremicist." Nah, just "equipment snob". I certainly just looking for the, "eat their own" element. I find them to be a great training motivator. |
