Luis Palau Unicycle??

I was Watching this commercial, for a Luis Palau festival commercail,
that I am going to, and I spotted this, a unicycle on the commercial!
I'm pretty sure it is one, with a nimbus 2 frame idk for sure though,
I'm going to the festival, so I wonder if there will be a
unicycle/unicycle/ists.

What do you guys think of it?
