Deaths on the pavements Cyclists versus Cars

This comes up regularly, so the question needs to be asked. Is there any firm figures on the KSI's for pedestrians killed on the pavements by both groups ? I've seen figures of 3 deaths attributed to cycling and 40 deaths for cars, but no verification. Anyone ?
