Default Another driver faces jail - should not have been there

No more kid gloves with these jokers.

"A DISQUALIFIED driver caught behind the wheel of his girlfriend's car at a
city retail park has been jailed for six months at Inverness Sheriff Court.
Alexander Stewart (26) of St Margaret's Road, Inverness, admitted driving
while disqualified in Eastfield Way on June 29 and without insurance.
John McColl, solicitor, said although Eastfield Way formed part of Inverness
Retail Park, Stewart accepted he had driven the car in a public place. Mr
McColl said Stewart's girlfriend had driven to the Tesco supermarket and he
went behind the wheel in Eastfield Way.

Stewart had recently served a term of imprisonment for drugs related
offences, the court heard.

Sheriff Ian Abercrombie jailed him for six months and banned him from
driving for two years
