Definately the Koolstop pads. They last longer,
stop better and remove and pick up bits of your
rims. They are harder to find though.

A friend of mine has told me she's had no luck finding koolstops in
Australia, period.

Thankfully, she's offered to buy a load when she's in the States as part
of her round the world trip. (lucky cow )

Just got some Kool Stop eagle 2's from The Bike Shed, Woden, ACT
discovered I had no front brake this morning and they were the onl
ones that would fit my calipers.
Not so keen on them eating my Velocity Dyads though.

Must remember to spot the wear before it reaches 45degrees

Hey, that's me! And I'm back!
But... no luck.....I only managed to find people carrying the black ones in
stock, and I was after the salmon! So, internet shopping, here I come. I
will get some for you too Bluenose..
(For those interested, Phantom Cycles has/had them listed on their webpage
but have been unable to obtain stock for over a year)
I did manage to pick up some track chains, bars, stem, chain tensioners,
tools........ the list goes on! *grin*
