technicians and the TdF techs say the "friend" is telling the truths

Spaniard on an American team to win the TdF.

have been: "what Rasmussen did with an administrative screw-up is
between UCI and Prudhomme. Rasmussen tests clean, he leads the Tour,
and that's what we're here for."

You forget the screech-mob. It was the screech-mob that told Rabo and McQuaid
that Rasmussen was guilty. Actually McQuaid is one of that mob, they just know
so you can believe them. You left that part out.
