Default Topeak E-Shock Problem

My Topeak E-Shock Master Blaster no longer displays the pressure correctly -
it reads 0.0PSI all the time when attached to either Presta or Schrader
valves.
I've only used it once to check how to use it prior to me going out on my
bike aand it worked fine then.
The product is about 3 weeks old.

Has anyone else found this or know what I'm doing wrong?
