Default Hub Bearing greese recommendations

BTW,
grizzly fat = Flammable

Might not be the best choice.
If I some how get caught on the trail, and have to repack my bearings
(not sure how or why this would ever happen), and I happen to have all
the tools required, this might be an ok idea to get home.

I was going to use a standard bearing and chassis grease, but I
believe this is a fair bit heavier then what was in the hubs
originally.
