Default Seat post torque 2006 Trek Madone 5.2 SL

Does anyone know the seat post torque for the 2006 Trek Madone 5.2 SL? I can't find it anywhere online.

Do you mean the seat post binder bolt? If so, I'd go with 5nm and some carbon paste, if the post is carbon. I'd also grease the binder bolt.

Now, if you're talking the torque for the saddle clamp bolts, that is usually around 12-16nm. http://www.bike-manual.com/brands/tr...c.htm#Seatpost

Fwi, I apply grease to *all* my threads, because some day, I will want
to get them undone without a bloody impact wrench.
