Won't let go of my Dremel tool

Here goes my rear derailleur needs a new pulley. I keep spare parts on
hand. The pulley is a Shimano but this one is too thick. Out comes the
Dremel and one two three and I'm done. Clean and put the derailleur
back together. Now here for the test wow it works fine.

Stick close to home for a ride or two! Rode it not to close to home and everything worked out fine. Then at home I was checking things out and my steel seatpost in steel frame wasn't sliding up and down but if you grabbed the seat the post would turn in the frame. No tighting of the QR help. So I pulled out an alloy post from my totes and problem fixed. Now I'm cleaning the grease off the old post and its got a bend in it. Oh 1st post I ever bent in 50 years.
