Lance Armstrong is amusing. Why can't he challenge

"There's nothing I can do about that. I have to follow the rules."

"My obligation is to the team."

Oops. That was half-written.

Why didn't Lance respond to Contador's challenge? Why might he not, the
next time around?

Well, it's because of higher obligations, the rules, the team, the plan.

He'll be citing US foreign policy, the categorical imperative or the ten
commandments next.

Well with all that additional testing I think he's made the right choice.
