Oh yeah, it's the same deal: the captain of that airplane is in charge. If
it's a Swissair plane, you're under the jurisdiction of Switzerland. Bottom
line: there is no place on earth where a person is not under some country's
jurisdiction.

I guess I've reached that age.
Except my waters are pretty territorial
and my jurisdiction, as are my vessels.

Beats having to take a walk in the middle
of the night.
