I think that this will only display today without a subscription.
If I remember correctly, the man rode into a truck that was already stopped; the truck did not pull in front of him.

The road is a 2 lane highway with an extra wide shoulder that has bike route signs, but is not an actual bike lane. The truck could be to the right of the fog line and still be on the pavement.
Here it is: helmet, carbon fiber, bike lane, and a tragic crash, and a lawsuit.
