A Roberts radio? IPhone or IPod. Hardly powerful enough to give the full range of frequencies. The Gadget Show put some Audio Snobs in an auditorium with good acoustics. They listened, blindfold, to the same song played on a record, CD and Ipod. The Ipod won. Without an extra amp attached to it? And "ipod" has nothing to do with it, it's just an mp3 player. The bitrate the mp3 was recorded at is important though. 128kbps, and even 160kbps, can sound like they're underwater. I prefer at least 192. And by the way, my car stereo played mp3s. Usually audiobooks rather than music. Two completely different things, we're discussing listening to music. At Uni I shared a house with someone like you. I prefer to show off the volume. Thank you for proving my point. Don't you ever show anything off? What have you got to show off Hucker? We would like to know. |
