More than 2 years ago (25 Feb 2011) Volvo introduced the system to
avoid pedestrians. Clearly pedestrians, with no formal training, are
causing so many RTC's that a major car manufacturer had to have them
as their first priority when developing crash avoidance technology.

Or, taken together, drivers of a certain brand of motor car are causing
so many RTCs that the company is having to take steps to ameliorate its
customers' poor driving skillz. Just another step on the path to
comprehensive fail-safe systems for all heavy machinery operated in
public places. Nothing to see here!
