Default Don't race on the road

Ride on your own side of the road and travel at a suitable speed for the
conditions.

"we will never quite know why he was on the wrong side of the road as he
came down the hill and around the bend "

I know, he was riding dangerously on the public highway. I hope he had
insurance or enough money in his estate to pay for the van damage.
