It may not be as bad as I described - who knows? Since they haven't yet
contacted you, are you feeling ignored?

I know several years back we had some problems with a moving company, and it
ended up with a public hearing at which my wife had to testify about the moving
company. Fortunately, we were not the only ones complaining. However, even
though the company was found at fault, we never got any money back or personal
resolution, so, the net effect was zero, from our viewpoint.

I didn't know the process was such a pain.
